Tera Mai™ Reiki/Seichem (Ray-key/Say-keem)

Reiki/Seichem, means universal life energy, and is an ancient oriental healing art that works on the body, mind and spirit. This treatment is performed on a massage table fully clothed. The practitioner places their hands gently on the client and rests them in various positions on the body. Of course, if the client is uncomfortable with someone’s hand resting on their body, this is one healing art that can be done with the hands suspended a few inches above the person. Some may call this a form of touch healing. We all know the importance of being touched in a non-threatening manner with love and tenderness. Loving touches automatically leaves one feeling better.

What does one experience during a session? You may feel heat or warmth coming from the practitioners hands as well as tingling/buzzing, slight vibration, coolness or just very relaxed to the point were you fall asleep.

A very important motto of the Reiki/Seichem practitioner is,

Just For To Day, Do Not Worry

It is the most simplest of statements, but when used, it can keep you in a much better state of wellness in all areas of you life.
