Personal Training
My main focus with personal training is the more mature
body types. I prefer working with people who are looking to regain or
maintain a level of health that keeps them enjoying life to the fullest.
To quote one of my 90 year old clients, “I want to die
healthy.” That sounds great to me. I myself am in my 50's and understand how the body changes as we continue to add years
to our lives as well as experiences. I wish I could do everything the
way I did as a 20 or 30 year old or even as I did them 5 years ago. I have learned to
adapt, stay strong and do what I can to maintain my health and mobility
for my age.
I believe in learning to be comfortable with your
body and finding a way to excite you into good health and having you
want to be as healthy as possible with what you were born with, whether
it be your ideal weight for you body type, finding the perfect activity
to get you off your buts, (but I don’t have time, but I am too
old, etc.) or just toning and regaining strength.
At this time my personal training services are
being offered at Regents Point Retirement Community in Irvine, Ca.
They have some wonderful equipment to get you going in the right direction.
Services are offered to non-residents. Training in the home is a possibility
depending on the circumstances.
